25 ml • ¾ oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
45 ml • 1 ½ oz Gin
25 ml • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
15 ml • ½ oz Sugar Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Heering Old Fashioned
25 ml • ¾ oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
45 ml • 1 ½ oz Rye Whiskey
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
Blood & Sand
20 ml • ¾ oz oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
30 ml • 1 oz Scotch Whiskey
20 ml • ¾ oz Sweet Vermouth
30 ml • 1 oz Orange Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
Singapore Sling
15 ml • ½ oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
30 ml • 1 oz Gin
7.5 ml • ¼ oz Triple Sec
7.5 ml • ¼ oz Dom Benedictine
120 ml • 4 oz Pineapple Juice
15 ml • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
10 ml • 1/3 oz Grenadine Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
Heering Manhattan
25 ml • ¾ oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
25 ml • ¾ oz Sweet Vermouth
45 ml • 1 ½ oz Scotch Whiskey
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Stir Ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
Heering Junglebird
25 ml • ¾ oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
45 ml • 1 ½ oz Dark Rum
45 ml • 1 ½ oz Pineapple Juice
15 ml • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
15 ml • ½ oz Sugar Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
