Pablo’s Shot

Pour the scotch into a shot glass, add the cherry liqueur and amaretto. Carefully add the dubonnet rouge trying not to mix the ingredients. Repeat with the mint syrup. Shoot.


Pour the Scotch whisky, cherry liqueur and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass, and serve.

Scotch Holiday Sour

Shake all ingredients (except lemon slice) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add the slice of lemon and serve.
